I had a wonderful experience with Mona Furniture. The staff at the showroom were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process — they truly made furniture shopping enjoyable.
The delivery and installation team were outstanding — punctual, respectful, and very professional. They even noticed a minor manufacturing defect in the coffee table and took it back immediately for replacement. A few days later, the owner himself personally delivered the new table.
Mona Furniture has definitely earned my trust and highest recommendation!

Writing this review 10 months late but I haven't forgotten because Erdal made the impossible happen for me with his commitment for his customers and great service.
I had ordered a couch with another company and anticipated it for 3 months which did not end up working out. I had already sent out invitations to host New Years Eve at my new place and found out 2 days prior that I would potentially be couch-less.
I did not want to compromise what I was looking for, and saw the Visto couch online which was even better (with the arm rests moving out for more room lengthwise in addition to the backrest). I went to the store that morning, Erdal luckily had 1 more couch in stock, and went to his warehouse to physically double check for me. It was delivered and installed 2 days later, and I was able to seat my guests comfortably just in time!
Side note: My friend loved it so much that she even went to order the same couch.
Thank you so much again for making this happen in such short notice! I couldn't believe it. The couch continues to be a big statement piece in my home.
Please go support this family business rather than your local big box store.
